Special Update to Sponsorship and Funding Requests

The Executive Director of the Virgin Islands Lottery Mr. Conrad E. Francois, II would like to inform the general public that due to an overwhelming amount of donation requests from the public to the Virgin Islands Lottery, the VI Lottery has suspended donations until further notice.

Please be advised that donations are not available for individuals, but for organizations only. Funding requests above $2500.00 are considered grants and will require certain documentation in order for your request to be considered. A formal letter on letterhead, addressed to Conrad E. Francois II Executive Director asking for a donation is also required. Copies of this form are available on-line at: www.winusvilottey.com. Please allow 30 days from date of submission for a response.
