The VI Lottery believes "youth educators and community stakeholders should be exposed to the concepts of food policy, food aggregation and solutions to getting local food on Virgin Islanders' plates" as stated by Sommer Sibilly Brown, Program Manager.
This program ties in with the Honorable Governor Kenneth E. Mapp's initiative "Farm to School Program”.
