This week officers Frederico Perez, Bernard Moise, and Nicolas Francois received Certificates in recognition of their outstanding dedication and commitment to the mission of the Virgin Islands Lottery.

These Certificates were presented by Lamarr Jacobs, the Director of Security and Investigation.
