Project Promise is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of at-risk youth on St. Croix. Enjoy this VI Lottery Community Enrichment Initiative video testimonial from various members of Project Promise.

Each year the VI Lottery makes significant financial contributions to organizations within our community. 70% of the VI Lottery revenue supports the Virgin Islands' community. Playing the VI Lottery is a true WIN-WIN all around - not only are you providing an opportunity for yourself to win cash for education, travel, home improvement or paying off bills, but you are also supporting many community enrichment initiatives as well.

"With the help of VI Lottery, we have been able to positivity impact the lives of these students for the past 2 and half years. With continued support we will see them through 12th grade and into college. On behalf of Project Promise and our Caterpillar Project, we want to thank VI Lottery for their support. "

Resa O’Reilly, founder and president of Project Promise.

"I am Layla O’Reilly, I am a member of Project Promise. I have been in Project Promise for 2 and a half years. What I like about this program is that it’s like a second home for me and it’s helping me turn my life around. My goals are to become a midwife or an obstetrician and Project Promise is helping me achieve that goal by exposing me to professionals in that field. What I enjoy about the program is that I get to go on fun field trips and I get to learn about the world. My future goal is to become an actor. Project Promise is helping me look for schools that offer acting classes."
